What You Need :
• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) of 2024 batch only | Proficiency in Python and experience with Django web framework.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis | Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and integrating APIs.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, and best practices | Experience with caching mechanisms | Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex issues | Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-quality software solutions within deadlines | Analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset to make informed decisions | Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and frameworks in backend development and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making processes.
